摘要：A delivery vehicle and method for delivering, either topically or orally, a nitricoxide releasing substance such as L-arginine 31 into human or mammalian tissue for thepurpose of producing beneficial effects such as the relief of pain, the warming of coldtissues, the growth of hair on the scalp, the healing of leg ulcers, the relief of impotenceas well as other beneficial effects. The delivery vehicle provides a hostile biophysicalenvironment which facilitates and promotes the migration of the nitric oxide releasingsubstance into the tissue.
